We spent all day today at a feltmaker's studio, learning how to create fabric by hand felting wool. Our teachers, Mehmet Girgic and his wife Teresa, are spectacularly creative and productive artists. Their studio in Sultanahmet, Istanbul is just gorgeous, and it was a treat to learn from such experts!
