Why "On Purpose"?

I have a whole new reason for calling this blog and my journey "On Purpose."

"If you know the theory beforehand, it's so much more satisfying: It's not just a mishap, you're doing it on purpose. Knowing the theory takes you to a level beyond."

This is why I'm taking the Master in Teaching program. Not just for the certificate, not just for the spectacular (haha) pay raise, but because it means my teaching will be on purpose instead of "because it feels right."
